The front door — Reno City Lights

The front door has a Schlage keypad lock. Your door code is in your pre-arrival message, and it works from check-in until checkout. There’s no key to pick up or return.

The door doesn’t lock itself. Lock it when you go out and when you go to bed.

1 Touch the keypad and enter your code. If it's right, the lock opens.

2 Press the thumb latch and push the door open.

3 Leaving? Close the door and press the padlock key, bottom right.

If the code doesn’t work

Wait a second and enter it again slowly. The screen needs to be lit before it takes a number.
After several wrong tries the lock pauses for about a minute before it accepts another code.
